ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location: Metro Areas (e.g. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 2–4 business days Regional Areas: 3–6 business days Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by our courier partners and delays may occur due to external factors.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped in 3-4 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship in 3-4 business days. Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Please note that you may receive more than one Shipment Notification E-mail if item(s) from your order are shipping separately. If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance. Please note, DrShow is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds. If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPMENT INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER
DrShow orders may or may not be able to change information. However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
RETURN TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
Occasionally parcels are returned to our warehouse and marked as ‘Return to Sender’ meaning the parcel could not be delivered for one of the below reasons: The recipient no longer lives at the provided Postal Address. The recipient does not collect their parcel from the Post Office in time (within 10 business days) The incorrect Postal Address was provided to us. DrShow is charged a RTS cost of A$12 (plus any applicable reweigh or other surcharges) per parcel by Australia Post and Courier Companies. If we receive a RTS, we will contact you within 5 business days to confirm the shipping address. A re-shipping fee of $12 (plus any applicable reweigh or other surcharges) will apply before the item is re-sent. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Please note that during sale periods and promotions, dispatch times may be slightly delayed due to higher order volumes. We will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience during busy periods.
