Full Return Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only
- Orders may be returned by mail
- Orders may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving, with proof of purchase.
What We Don't Refund
- Shipping costs (unless the product was damaged or incorrect)
- Products returned after the 7-day window
- Items not in original condition
- Claims for missing items made after 48 hours
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ▾
We offer a 7 day 100% satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products;
Should for any reason within 7 days of receiving you do not want the product or products purchased from Dr Show Enterprises Pty Ltd you may return the product to us for a full refund of the product purchase price only (freight excluded).
Damaged or Incorrect Items ▾
If your order arrives damaged or is not the exact product you ordered:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at hello@drshow.com.au
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
- In some cases, we may ask that the damaged item be returned to us so we can lodge an insurance claim—at no cost to you.
Missing Items ▾
If you receive your order and notice any items are missing:
- Contact us immediately at hello@drshow.com.au
- Provide photos of the packaging and items received.
- Claims made after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
Terms and conditions ▾
Return claims for faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods must be submitted within the stated timeframes and will be assessed in accordance with the ACL.
