ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUSTRALIAN MADE?
Absolutely. Dr Show is proudly Australian owned and manufactured.
CAN I USE DR SHOW SHAMPOO ON DOGS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Yes! While our formulas are made with horses in mind, many customers use them on dogs and livestock too. Always patch test first.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COMPETITION-SAFE?
Yes, all Dr Show grooming products are suitable for show prep and regular use. No ingredients are banned in major equine events—check with your specific discipline to be sure.
WHAT PRODUCT SHOULD I START WITH IF I’M NEW TO DR SHOW?
We recommend the Starter Pack or our All-in-one Shampoo as a great intro to our range. They deliver visible results from the first use.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
We accept returns within 7 days for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details—we’ll make it right.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Email hello@drshow.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable) within 7 days. If applicable a refund will be issued to your orginial form of payment.
WHERE IS MY RETURN?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes reordering and tracking easier.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the prompts to reset your password via email.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, an automatic email with tracking details will be sent to your email address. You can use it to track your parcel directly from the carrier’s website.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Yes, express shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times and costs vary by location.
MY TRACKING LINK ISN'T WORKING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Sometimes it takes 24 hours for tracking info to update. If it's still not showing after that, contact us and we'll check on it for you.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET?
Please check your tracking link first. If it’s delayed or shows delivered but you haven’t received it, get in touch with us and we’ll help resolve it.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Contact us as soon as possible to request a change.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
We're sorry about that! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll get the correct product out to you ASAP and sort it from our end.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.
IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY PAYMENT DETAILS ON YOUR SITE?
Yes, our checkout is powered by Shopify’s secure platform and uses SSL encryption to keep your information safe.
CAN I PAY WITH AFTERPAY OR ANOTHER BUY-NOW-PAY-LATER SERVICE?
Currently, we don’t offer Afterpay. We're working on adding more flexible payment options soon.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
Payment can fail due to incorrect billing info, insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank issues. Double-check your details or try another method.
DO YOU CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
No, we don’t add any hidden fees. The total at checkout is what you pay, including taxes and shipping.
HOW DO I PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER?
Log into your wholesale account to access carton pricing and place orders directly through our wholesale portal (no need to pay yet) Await invoice from us once freight has been calculated.
DO YOU OFFER NET TERMS FOR WHOLESALERS?
Yes, approved wholesale accounts can order on net terms. Orders are packed, weighed, and invoiced—including freight—before payment is due.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Yes, wholesale products are sold by the carton. Each product listing shows the carton quantity and minimums.
HOW DO I GET APPROVED FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?
Simply sign up via our wholesale portal. Accounts are automatically approved if you meet our basic wholesale criteria.
CAN I PLACE MY WHOLESALE ORDER BY EMAIL INSTEAD OF ONLINE?
Yes, absolutely. Once your wholesale account is approved, you’ll receive a fillable PDF order form via email. You’re welcome to complete the form and email it back to us if you prefer that over ordering through the website. We’ll process it and send you an invoice as usual.
