Refund Policy

We offer a 7 day 100% satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products;
Should for any reason within 7 days of receipt you do not want the product or products purchased from Dr Show Enterprises Pty Ltd you may return the product to us for a full refund of the product purchase price only (freight excluded).

Should the product be delivered damaged or not the exact product that you ordered, please contact our office by phone or email so we may arrange a replacement or refund within 24 hours. We may require the product to be returned so we may claim insurance for the damage which will be at our expense.

Damaged Items: Please note the damage when you sign for the item with the delivery person. Take an image of the packaging and the damaged item immediately and forward this information to us. If you sign for the item that it is in good order then we have NO recourse with the delivery company for insurance and your claim could be denied.

Missing Items: Should you receive your order and there are items missing please contact us immediately and supply images of the packaging and items received. Claims after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Performance Guarantee: Should the product not perform as described in our product outlines we will refund the product purchase price once the product is returned to our office.
